I recently entering a freelance competition, with the brief for a cosmetics company called for a logo with emphasis on typography that was gender neutral, simplistic with an organic colour palette. Brainstorming I was intrigued with the idea of evolution, scientific and ever changing but always building on the foundations of basic DNA coding. I looked at sharp, recognizable logos such as MAC Cosmetics and developed this logo typelock, morphing and drawing the alignment and lines of the letters together.
